Flowers don’t lie

A group exhibition with close friends of mine at One Day Esthetic in Pattaya. If the paintings’ styles look slightly incoherent, that’s because they are.

I misread a text from my friend, the curator. I thought I had three months to prepare the paintings; it was actually three weeks. So I gathered all of my unfinished works, along with paintings I didn’t initially like, and started fixing and repainting them.

This exhibition made me keep all the works that didn’t work. I learned that, with time and fresh eyes, almost any work can be salvaged.
